	Breakfast Blend On Whidbey Island you are never far from the fresh, salt laden breezes of Puget Sound. There is nothing more invigorating than a walk on one of our lovely beaches. Before you set out, enjoy a bracing cup of our Breakfast Blend. A rich, flavorful blend of black teas, our house Breakfast Blend is more robust than English Breakfast, but smoother than Irish Breakfast. Delicious black or with milk and sugar. The perfect pick-you-up and get you going tea!

	Ebey's Prairie Whidbey Island was sculpted by the great glaciers of the last ice age. In many areas the retreating ice left behind deposits of rich soil. One such area is Ebey's Prairie, now a part of Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve. In protected areas on this plain, if you look closely, you can find tiny, wildflowers whose ancestors first bloomed in the days following the great glaciers' retreat. In honor of these small blooms we created our Ebey's Prairie Blend. The black tea base of this tea is delicately flavored with bergamot, and floral notes of jasmine and rose. Organic flower petals enhance the blend. A lovely afternoon tea.

	Meerkerk Medley Named in honor of Whidbey Island's lovely Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens. A blend of black teas, with a touch of bergamot and black currant. Intriguing flavor and fragrance.

	Mutiny Bay Blend Whidbey Island has many lovely beaches, but Mutiny Bay is considered by many to be one of the loveliest. Wrap your hands around a mug of our Mutiny Bay Blend and imagine yourself sitting on this sugar sand beach, enjoying a spectacular sunset and the majestic Olympic Mountains. Mutiny Bay Blend is a blend of black teas and nutty oolong with just a touch of jasmine. A lovely tea to enjoy in the afternoon or evening.

	Summer in Provence A few years ago, one of our customers brought in a small amount of tea, all that she had left from a purchase made in France. We were asked to match, if we could, this favorite tea of hers. We came pretty close and this lovely, smooth blend of Apricot, Black Currant & Vanilla black teas is the result. 'Summer in Provence' has become one of our most popular house blends.
