Hibiscus (Organic)
Beautiful deep red infusion somewhat similar in flavor to pomegranate, but more tart.  Hibiscus is a natural source of Vitamin C.  Use about 1 heaping teaspoon of petals per cup.  Add boiling water and steep 3 - 7 minutes.  Add sugar or honey to taste, if desired.  Makes a beautiful iced beverage.  Add sliced citrus for additional flavor interest.

Jasmine Gold Dragon (Organic)
Exquisite, sweet Jasmine character.  Carefully plucked tea leaves are layered with night picked jasmine blossoms then steamed.  This carefully controlled process infuses the lovely jasmine fragrance throughout the tea.   The finest jasmine teas, such as Gold Dragon, can only be made during the month of May when the jasmine is in peak bloom.

Keemun (Organic)
One of our most popular classic black teas.  Rich, complex flavor; aromatic with hints of oak. Deep burgundy color. Takes milk and a bit of sugar exceptionally well. Wonderful breakfast tea!

Lavender - Tibet (Organic)
Our delightful field grown lavender comes from Eastern Tibet.  Archaeology indicates Tibetans have used lavender for its restorative and spiritually uplifting qualities for at least a thousand years.  Lavender is used in meditative ceremonies at many temples and shrines in Tibet and is one of the Dalai Lama's favorite herbs.   To prepare as a hot tea, use 1 teaspoon per cup, add boiling water and steep 3 to 7 minutes.  For iced tea, prepare a double to triple strength infusion and pour over ice.   Use in shortbread or scones, or add to many other teas and herbal blends for an intriguing flavor twist.  (1 ounce of lavender buds = about 1 cup)

Peacock No. 1 (Organic)
An excellent Chinese green tea with a light, refreshing somewhat fruity flavor.  Our Organic Peacock is hand-harvested and carefully hand-formed in the early spring.  It is said that if you look closely at the infused leaf you will see the fan of the peacock's tail feathers, but even if you don't you will see a lovely large leaf revealed!  Use 1 tsp. per cup, add near boiling water, and steep 1 to 3 minutes.  Can be resteeped quite nicely.
