Our decaf teas start with premium teas and all have had caffeine removed without the use of harsh chemicals. Caffeine is either removed by flushing with CO2 or has been decaffeinated naturally at the green leaf stage then allowed to oxidize. Our Irish Breakfast Decaf is an example of the later method.
