Whidbey Island was sculpted by the great glaciers of the last ice age. In many areas the retreating ice left behind deposits of rich soil. One such area is Ebey's Prairie, now a part of Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve. In protected areas on this plain, if you look closely, you can find tiny, wildflowers whose ancestors first bloomed in the days following the great glaciers' retreat. In honor of these small blooms we created our Ebey's Prairie Blend. The black tea base of this tea is delicately flavored with bergamot, and floral notes of jasmine and rose. Organic flower petals enhance the blend. A lovely afternoon tea.

One of our favorite teas on a blustery or trying day. The sweetness of peaches, with a warming touch of ginger. A lovely mid-morning or afternoon pick-me-up. Pine Smoked Lapsang Souchong begins as a full-bodied Chinese black tea and then is gently cold smoked.  Infusion is rich in flavor, highly aromatic, and the smokiest of our teas.  Drink black or add milk and sugar.
