These teas are carefully orchestrated blends of different regional teas. They may include teas from India, China, Sri Lanka and Africa. A blender will choose from many different teas, each with its own characteristics, to come up with just the perfect flavor and aroma. Popular Classic Blends include English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast and Russian Caravan.

	Earl Grey (ETP) A full bodied, fragrant tea flavored with natural oil of bergamot. This Earl is a double bergamot and is one of our top ten teas year in and year out! An excellent Earl Grey! (Teas in this blend come from Sri Lankan estates monitored by the Ethical Tea Parnership.)

	Earl Grey Cream (ETP) A lighter Earl Grey with a gentle touch of creamy vanilla. Lovely fragrance and flavor! (Teas in this blend come from Sri Lankan estates monitored by the Ethical Tea Parnership.)

	English Breakfast (ETP) A lovely breakfast tea with medium body and full tea flavor. Bright copper infusion, good with milk. (Teas in this blend come from tea estates monitored by the Ethical Tea Partnership.)

	Irish Breakfast (ETP) A blend of Assams and Kenyan teas. This blend is a CTC (cut, torn, curled) type which means when the boiling water hits this tea, it steeps up rich, dark and fast! Infusion is very full bodied with malty strength, lively flavor and deep color. An excellent breakfast tea, takes milk and sugar well. (Teas in this blend come from tea estates monitored by the Ethical Tea Parnership.)

	Lapsang Souchong Pine Smoked Lapsang Souchong begins as a full-bodied Chinese black tea and then is gently cold smoked. Infusion is rich in flavor, highly aromatic, and the smokiest of our teas. Drink black or add milk and sugar.
