Jasmine Dragon Tears
Steamed and hand-rolled tea pearls made from the top two leaves and bud of new season growth. A slightly sweet, delicate tea with incredible jasmine fragrance. This tea is only made from tea plucked in the first three weeks of the spring season and only the finest, most fragrant jasmine flowers are used for scenting. An exquisite tea! Tears may be used repeatedly, about three times. Place 6 to 8 pearls loose into your cup, fill with water just before boiling point, watch the tears unfurl, and steep for about 3 minutes. When you are ready, refill with fresh hot water and enjoy...again. ($8.95/oz, one ounce minimum)

Jasmine Gold Dragon (Organic)
Exquisite, sweet Jasmine character.  Carefully plucked tea leaves are layered with night picked jasmine blossoms then steamed.  This carefully controlled process infuses the lovely jasmine fragrance throughout the tea.   The finest jasmine teas, such as Gold Dragon, can only be made during the month of May when the jasmine is in peak bloom.
