Dragonwell is the greenest of our China green teas.  A light jade colored liquor with an aroma that is both sweet and herb-like.  Excellent green tea flavor.  ($2.25/oz., two ounce minimum)

Steamed and hand-rolled tea pearls made from the top two leaves and bud of new season growth. A slightly sweet, delicate tea with incredible jasmine fragrance. This tea is only made from tea plucked in the first three weeks of the spring season and only the finest, most fragrant jasmine flowers are used for scenting. An exquisite tea! Tears may be used repeatedly, about three times. Place 6 to 8 pearls loose into your cup, fill with water just before boiling point, watch the tears unfurl, and steep for about 3 minutes. When you are ready, refill with fresh hot water and enjoy...again.

Exquisite, sweet Jasmine character.  Carefully plucked tea leaves are layered with night picked jasmine blossoms then steamed.  This carefully controlled process infuses the lovely jasmine fragrance throughout the tea.   The finest jasmine teas, such as Gold Dragon, can only be made during the month of May when the jasmine is in peak bloom. 

An excellent Chinese green tea with a light, refreshing somewhat fruity flavor.  Our Organic Peacock is hand-harvested and carefully hand-formed in the early spring.  It is said that if you look closely at the infused leaf you will see the fan of the peacock's tail feathers, but even if you don't you will see a lovely large leaf revealed!  Use 1 tsp. per cup, add near boiling water, and steep 1 to 3 minutes.  Can be resteeped quite nicely.

A delicate blend of green and white teas with delicious berry like notes from the pomegranate flavoring. Enjoy hot or iced.  Makes a delicious and lovely champagne spritzer!
