Apricot
Rich black tea base with ripe apricot essence and pieces of dried Turkish apricots. This is one of our most popular teas. Delicious hot, and makes an extraordinary iced tea. Not to be missed!

Bella Coola Fruit & Herb Blend
A blend of rose hips, hibiscus petals, orange peel, apple, and pineapple. Infusion is a beautiful cranberry red in color and absolutely stunning over ice. Rich in Vitamin C and naturally caffeine free. A bit on the tart side, many enjoy this with a touch of honey or other sweetener. Freeze in ice cube trays or ice pop molds for summertime enjoyment.

Breakfast Blend
On Whidbey Island you are never far from the fresh, salt laden breezes of Puget Sound. There is nothing more invigorating than a walk on one of our lovely beaches. Before you set out, enjoy a bracing cup of our Breakfast Blend. A rich, flavorful blend of black teas, our house Breakfast Blend is more robust than English Breakfast, but smoother than Irish Breakfast.   Delicious black or with milk and sugar.  The perfect pick-you-up and get you going tea!

Decaf Apricot
Our most popular decaf tea.  If you think decaf teas are bland, you have not tried our Apricot Decaf.  A lovely black tea with ripe apricot essence and pieces of dried Turkish apricots. Delicious hot, and makes an delightful iced tea.

Hibiscus (Organic)
Beautiful deep red infusion somewhat similar in flavor to pomegranate, but more tart.  Hibiscus is a natural source of Vitamin C.  Use about 1 heaping teaspoon of petals per cup.  Add boiling water and steep 3 - 7 minutes.  Add sugar or honey to taste, if desired.  Makes a beautiful iced beverage.  Add sliced citrus for additional flavor interest.
