ORDERING

All order and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment. Island Tea Company uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available.

Customer order information is used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

PERSONALIZED GIFT CARDS

We will be happy to enclose a personalized note card with any order. Please provide us instructions with your order.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery charges based on your merchandise total. Washington State customers please add 8.4% sales tax to merchandise and shipping. Shipping is a taxable item in Washington. We're sorry, but we do not ship outside the United States.

RETURNS

We are very careful in our product selection and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns without the orginal purchase receipt receive store credit
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Tea and food items are not returnable.
