ORDERING

All order and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment. Island Tea Company uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available.

SALES TAX

Washington State customers will have sales tax added to merchandise and shipping.

SHIPPING

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays for orders received by noon the day prior. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on size and weight restrictions. You may receive more than one package if you purchase multiple items. Delivery charges are based on your merchandise total. Shipping is a taxable item in Washington. We're sorry, but we do not ship outside the United States.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer order information is used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. Customer e-mail addresses may be used to send shipment updates. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

RETURNS

We are very careful in our product selection and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt receive store credit
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Tea and food items are not returnable.
